I really like the robot. The cowling around his arms and on his back make him look bigger than he really is without making his design bulky. He looks like something that would stomp onto a battlefield all slow-like, and then once it was time to fight, would end up being much faster than he looked. Just my impression.

Also, the controller's "I will crush you without hesitation" face is a nice touch, too.

Very cool! The giant black orb on its back looks inconvenient, but seeing as the robot is obviously built for its brawn than agility then assume that's part of the plan. The girl's expression fits the situation nicely: curious and anticipating, yet reserved.
